Primary responsibilities include supporting:

  • Development, implement and manage market specific member education and workforce strategies. This includes:

  • Providing landscapes, analysis and recommendations for implemented, and upcoming programs

  • Identify and develop market gaps

  • Development of MOU’s/partnerships with community stakeholders

  • Development and execution of education and training plan to support community stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop opportunity

  • Leading ideation to ensure inclusive offerings

  • Develop playbook for stakeholder groups

    Functions OR examples of projects for this role:

  • Sharepoint data management

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with business owners, regional market leads, health plans, and Medicaid Product for go-to market strategies

  • Develop Policy and Procedures to support key team functions

  • Collaborate with BD content directors

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Sociology, Social Work or other related degrees

  • This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week

  • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship

  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
