The Health Benefits Innovation Intern will be responsible for…
Primary responsibilities include:
Research, understand and present the latest health benefit solution ideas for employers/clients. Specifically,
Understand the health benefit needs of large and strategic employers in the CA Commercial line of business.
Defining the areas most in need of innovative solutions (Musculoskeletal Care, Infertility, Cardiovascular, Oncology, Weight Management, etc.)
Research health start-up and more established companies who are offering solutions.
Develop comparison reports which include product description, pricing, etc.
Potentially develop new solutions.
Interface with senior CA Commercial leadership team members and present findings and act as internal consultant.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Public Health, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees
This internship is from June to December and is 20 to 40 hours per week depending on school schedule in a virtual setting
Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
